Cancellation and refund policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · This policy applies to the UmarCode Campus website and public inquiry forms.

The applicable tuition, attendance, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms must be shown to a family in writing before enrollment and payment.

Before enrollment

Families should receive the lesson frequency and duration, billing period, commitment if any, rescheduling rules, notice periods, and refund conditions before accepting a plan.

Plan-specific terms

UmarCode is finalizing standardized launch plans. This page does not replace the plan-specific written terms presented before purchase. If plan terms conflict with a general website summary, ask for clarification before paying.

Questions or disputes

Contact UmarCode promptly if a charge, cancellation, teacher absence, missed lesson, or service concern appears incorrect. Provide the minimum information needed to locate the relevant enrollment and explain the concern.
