Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before a family makes a decision.
If an important detail is not answered here, ask it during your Family Learning Call or contact the support team.

Getting started
What happens during the free Family Learning Call?
We discuss your child’s current level, goals, schedule, and the kind of support you are looking for. We then explain the most suitable next step. The call is not a lesson and there is no pressure to enroll.
How do you recommend the right program?
We begin with the information you share and, where needed, a teacher observation or starting-level activity. The recommendation should be clear enough for you to understand why the program fits and what the learner would work on first.
Teaching
Are lessons one-to-one?
Personalized one-to-one instruction is the flagship format at UmarCode Campus. If a small-group program becomes available, its group size, schedule, and format will be stated clearly before enrollment.
What if the first teacher is not the right fit?
Tell the support team what is not working. We will review the concern, speak with the relevant people, and determine whether additional support or a teacher reassignment is the right next step.
How does online learning stay engaging?
Lessons are live and responsive. The teacher can adjust pace, ask questions, observe the learner’s work, and use shared materials or projects. Engagement also depends on age, lesson length, expectations, and a suitable learning environment at home.
Trust and safety
How are teachers selected?
Teacher selection includes identity and qualification review, an interview, and a teaching demonstration. Specific public labels such as background-check completed or qualification verified are shown only when that step is documented for the individual teacher.
How do you protect children during online learning?
Enrollment and communication for minors are guardian-controlled. Teachers must use approved communication channels and follow the UmarCode safeguarding code. Our safeguarding page explains expectations, reporting, and escalation.
Progress
How will I know what my child is learning?
Families receive the agreed form of lesson or progress communication for their program. It focuses on what the learner is studying, observed strengths, current focus areas, and the next meaningful step.
Scheduling
Do you support US time zones?
UmarCode Campus is designed for families in the United States. Available call and lesson times are shown in your local time zone. Exact teacher availability is confirmed before enrollment.
Pricing and policies
When will I see the tuition and terms?
You will receive the applicable schedule, tuition, billing terms, and policies before you make an enrollment decision. UmarCode will publish standardized plans on the pricing page after the launch plans are finalized.
